Captain Plush Design

Years ago when I first for into designing merchandise, I wanted to try my hand at plush design and decided the subject would by my character Captain from the comic project I made with Sarah Burey: The Typhon.

For a lot of reasons this didn't go exactly to plan haha.

For one, I wasn't sure what the manufacturer I ordered from was able to make when I was designing the toy. I had intentions of complex costume designs with special details that they couldn't make good on. I also had never really picked out a plush manufacturer before let alone worked with one to design something so expectations didn't completely align with reality.
That being said, the end result is still really nice for a first time attempt. The clothes aren't really what I was after but that is again my own fault and I have since learned for future toys.
